What We Collect

When you make a booking, we collect your full name, email address, phone number, special requests (including accessibility and dietary information), booking date, group size, and language preference. Payments are processed directly by Stripe — NUKI WILD never has access to your card details.

Why We Collect It

To confirm your booking, send reminders, coordinate with our guide, and accommodate any special requests you've shared.

Who We Share It With

Stripe (payment processing), Google Calendar (scheduling), Make.com (booking automation), Gmail (confirmation and reminder emails).

Data Retention

We keep your data for as long as needed to fulfil your booking and meet our legal and accounting obligations. It is then deleted.

Your Rights

You can request to view, correct, or delete your personal data by emailing nukimoments@gmail.com. You also have the right to lodge a complaint with the Estonian Data Protection Inspectorate (Andmekaitse Inspektsioon · aki.ee).
