What We Collect

When you make a booking, we collect your full name, email address, phone number, special requests (including accessibility and dietary information), booking date, group size, and language preference. Payments are processed directly by Stripe — NUKI WILD never has access to your card details.

Why We Collect It

To confirm your booking, send reminders, coordinate with our guide, and accommodate any special requests you've shared.

Legal Basis

We process your data on the basis of contract performance (Article 6(1)(b) GDPR) — your booking is a contract with us. Any health or accessibility information you share voluntarily is processed with your consent and used solely to make your experience safe and comfortable.

Who We Share It With

Stripe (payment processing), Google Calendar (scheduling), Make.com (booking automation), Gmail (confirmation and reminder emails).

Data Retention

Booking records are kept for 7 years to meet Estonian accounting requirements. Contact details not tied to a booking are deleted within 30 days of your session.

Your Rights

You have the right to access, correct, or delete your personal data. Email nukimoments@gmail.com and we will respond within 30 days. Note that Stripe retains payment records independently — contact Stripe for those. You also have the right to lodge a complaint with the Estonian Data Protection Inspectorate (Andmekaitse Inspektsioon · aki.ee).
