Booking Confirmation

Your booking is confirmed once payment is completed. You will receive a confirmation email with your booking details.

Cancellation by You

Full refund if cancelled 48 hours or more before the session. No refund if cancelled within 48 hours of the session start. One free reschedule per booking, subject to availability.

Cancellation by NUKI WILD

If we need to cancel due to weather, safety concerns, or circumstances beyond our control, we will offer a full refund or a free reschedule.

Group Size

Sessions typically range from 2–20 participants online. Solo sessions and larger groups (20+) can be arranged by contacting us directly.

Outdoor Activity

Our sessions take place outdoors in natural terrain. Please dress for the weather and wear suitable footwear. If you have any health, mobility, or dietary considerations we should know about, please include them in your special requests when booking.
